Two Ways to Join

Independent Travel Advisor (ITA)

Travel is your business. You sell cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries to your own clients — full-time or part-time, from home, on your schedule — with Phoenix’s registration, technology, supplier network, and support behind you. No experience required: our First Flight training program takes you from first booking to seasoned pro, and TICO certification sponsorship is included for Ontario advisors.

Value-Added Agent (VAA)

Travel is the natural extension of the business you already run. Wedding and destination-wedding planners, event and incentive planners, retreat and experience hosts, creators with traveling communities — your clients already travel because of you. As a VAA you book that travel under Phoenix’s TICO registration and earn the commission, on terms customized to your offerings. You don’t become a travel agent; you add a compliant travel arm to your existing business.
